By accessing and using artjoy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use artjoy for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on artjoy
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content uploaded to artjoy remains the property of the photographer. By uploading content, you grant artjoy a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You retain all copyright and ownership rights to your content.
5. Licensing and Exclusivity
When an image is licensed through artjoy, the buyer receives exclusive rights to use that image for the duration specified in the license agreement. During the license period, the image cannot be licensed to another buyer. Exclusivity applies only to the duration of the active license.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use artjoy:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
7. Payment Terms
For each license purchase, photographers receive 70% of the sale amount and artjoy retains 30% as a platform fee. Payments are processed immediately upon license purchase. Buyers agree to pay the specified licensing fee as displayed at the time of purchase.
8. Disclaimers
The materials on artjoy are provided on an 'as is' basis. artjoy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
9. Limitations
In no event shall artjoy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on artjoy.
10. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on artjoy could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. artjoy does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
11. Changes to Terms
artjoy may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
